1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bg9 ("bg9", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bg9 website located at bg9.cam and all related services, products, software, and content made available therein (collectively, "the Services").

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on bg9, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

3 Account Eligibility

Access to and use of bg9 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. bg9 strictly prohibits access by any individual under this age threshold;
• You are registering as an individual in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party;
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, or where bg9 has expressly restricted access;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with bg9 or any affiliated gaming operator;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close relative of an employee or contractor of bg9 or any of its service providers where such relationship creates a conflict of interest;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on bg9. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, device, IP address, or payment method — are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You undertake to keep this information updated at all times.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bg9 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme consistent with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You will be required to submit KYC documentation before your first withdrawal is processed. Required documents typically include:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian IC (MyKad), Passport, or Driver's Licence;
• Proof of residential address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the preceding three (3) months;
• A selfie photograph clearly showing the Player holding the submitted identification document;
• Proof of payment method ownership where required (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account matching the registered name).

KYC review is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission. bg9 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage and to place withdrawal holds pending satisfactory completion of verification.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. bg9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You must notify bg9 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bg9 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank PBeBank, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency options including USDT and BTC. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is RM 50. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Players on VIP tiers may request elevated deposit limits through their account manager.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are processed instantly and credited to your Account balance in real time. FPX and bank transfer deposits typically settle within one to three (1–3) minutes subject to banking system availability. bg9 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

5.4 Currency

All deposits, balances, and transactions on bg9 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Currency conversion, where applicable, is executed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. bg9 bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to withdraw funds, you must have: (i) completed KYC verification to the required level; (ii) satisfied any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (iii) a verified Account in good standing with no active investigations or holds.

6.2 Processing Times

bg9 targets the following withdrawal processing windows, measured from the time of internal approval:

• E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes;
• DuitNow / FPX bank transfer: Typically 5 to 15 minutes;
• Direct bank wire or cryptocurrency: Typically 15 to 60 minutes during business hours.

Processing times are targets, not guarantees. Delays may occur during peak periods, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. bg9 is not liable for delays outside its reasonable control.

6.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard withdrawal limits apply at all account tiers. Diamond and Royal Black Diamond VIP members may be eligible for elevated or unlimited withdrawal amounts as agreed with their dedicated account manager. bg9 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in instalments.

6.4 Withdrawal to Matched Payment Method

Withdrawals will, wherever practicable, be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit. This policy exists as an anti-money laundering safeguard. Where the original deposit method is unavailable, bg9 may request alternative verified payment details.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotional offers made available on bg9 are subject to specific terms and conditions, including minimum deposit thresholds, wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering on certain game categories (e.g., live casino, sports betting) may contribute differently to wagering requirement fulfilment — contribution percentages are specified per promotion.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

bg9 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; exploiting errors or malfunctions in promotional mechanics; arbitrage betting strategies that carry minimal risk while qualifying for bonuses; and collusion with other Players. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended, winnings forfeited, and the account closed. bg9's determination of what constitutes abuse is final.

7.4 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus package is available to new Players only, on their first qualifying deposit. It may only be claimed once per person, household, device, and payment method. bg9 reserves the right to withdraw or modify the welcome offer at any time without prior notice.

8 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on bg9 — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting markets, lottery draws, and arcade games — operate under published rules specific to each game or game category. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers.

bg9 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all non-live casino games. RNG outcomes have been independently tested and certified by accredited third-party laboratories to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability. Certified Return to Player (RTP) percentages are either embedded within game information screens or available on request.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, the outcome of any affected game round may be void. bg9 will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve disputes arising from technical errors but will not be liable for losses attributable to factors outside its control, including internet service interruptions on the Player's side.

For sports betting, all bets are accepted subject to the rules applicable to the relevant market. bg9 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds or where a market has been incorrectly configured. Pre-match odds are subject to change up to the point of market closure.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the bg9 platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one Account (multi-accounting);
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC;
• Using the platform while under the age of 21;
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments;
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute legitimate transactions;
• Colluding with other Players to defraud bg9 or gain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or mathematical errors for profit;
• Any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where such access is unlawful.

10 Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, software, source code, databases, game designs, graphics, user interfaces, and other materials comprising or displayed on the bg9 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of bg9 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants any Player a licence to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any such content without express written authorisation from bg9.

You may not use the bg9 name, logo, or brand identity in any manner that creates an association, endorsement, or affiliation not authorised by bg9.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

bg9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described therein.

Personal data submitted during registration and KYC is held securely and used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement. bg9 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to bg9's legal retention obligations. Requests may be submitted to [email protected].

12 Responsible Gambling

bg9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We offer the following player-controlled tools, accessible through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after predetermined gaming session durations;
• Reality Checks: On-screen prompts displaying time elapsed and amounts wagered during a session;
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the elected period.

bg9 reserves the right to impose account restrictions, mandatory cooling-off periods, or referrals to support services where its responsible gambling team reasonably suspects a Player may be experiencing harm related to gambling.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by bg9

bg9 may suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected fraud or money laundering; violation of these Terms; failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe; suspected underage access; or receipt of a regulatory directive.

13.2 Player-Initiated Closure

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the bg9 support team. Upon verified closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not satisfied applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within a reasonable period, subject to standard KYC requirements.

13.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. bg9 may charge a monthly administrative fee on dormant account balances as permitted under applicable licensing rules. Players will be notified prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bg9, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, even if bg9 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bg9's total cumulative liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bg9 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which bg9 operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing territory, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence, including Malaysia, to the extent such laws apply.

16 Amendments to These Terms

bg9 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bg9 will provide reasonable notice via email to registered account holders or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.
